This program is everything you need to complete the marathon safely and effectively while building strength and flexibility (two things many runners lack due to only running). All of your workouts will be found in an app you can download. Within the app, there are videos which describe what you will be doing for the week, as well as a video on each exercise demoing exactly how you should be performing the exercise.

The goal was to take the guess work out of how many miles, how fast, and what you should be doing on the other days of the week. Now you don't have to worry about any of that!! Let my 15 years of training others help guide you to your first, or your fastest marathon!

My client wanted to finish in time to be able to qualify for the Boston Marathon. She needed to beat 3:35. We ran 7:55min/mile (4:55min/km) and made it!!
